The 3pp® Radial Hinged Ulnar Deviation Right Hand Splint was designed by a hand specialist for people with deviated fingers caused by arthritis or other neurological diseases. This hand splint helps to improve the alignment of strongly deviated fingers and increase the user's hand function.

The 3pp Radial Hinged Ulnar Deviation Right Hand Splint is designed to allow each finger to be individually aligned for maximum support and comfort using the soft finger straps. A bendable stay contours around the palm for added stability. The hinged design allows user to fully bend and straighten fingers and the palm remains open for increased hand function. This hand positioning splint is made of thin molded Kydex plastic and lined in soft felt for added comfort. The 3pp Radial Hinged Ulnar Deviation Right Hand Splint improves the alignment of severely deviated fingers due to Rheumatoid Arthritis or neurological conditions.

While the Radial Hinged Ulnar Deviation will hold your fingers straighter when you are wearing it, it is unlikely that it will correct the deviation once it is removed. While there is no research that shows splints can stop the progression of deviation, it has been shown that a properly fit splint can help improve hand function. We recommend discussing this splint with your doctor or therapist before purchasing because of the nature of Rheumatoid Arthritis and the variations in the deformities it causes. Health care providers can also assist in properly fitting and adjusting the splint if needed. To determine size needed, lay hand flat and measure width across the hand from the 2nd to 5th MP (large knuckles). • Small fits: 3/4 inch to 3 inches.

• Material: Kydex© plastic, malleable aluminum, latex-free neoprene covers.
• Care: To clean the splint, rinse in cool soapy water and rinse well with clear water. Pat felt lining dry and allow to air dry thoroughly. The strap can be removed and hand washed with soap and water, and allowed to air dry. Additional straps are available for purchase.
