Water Exercise

Water exercise or aquatic therapy includes exercise routines performed while users are floating, partially or fully submerged in water. Even though aquatic exercise is most often utilized by those with injuries, disabled or aging individuals, users of all ages and ability levels can enjoy this feel-good activity. Simple walking, floating, swimming and running while submerged in water are all aquatic therapy activities that can be performed with or without the assistance of a trained therapist. Adapted floatation belts and wearable devices allow users with no swimming experience to effective exercise in the water.
