Action Heel and Elbow Pads are made of an exclusive material called Akton viscoelastic polymer. It looks and feels like a gel, works to reduce the development of pressure sores by resisting shearing forces. Akton polymer will not leak, flow or absorb fluids, nor will it bottom out under heavy loads. It is tissue equivalent, moving with the user, not against them. Akton polymer will not support microbiological growth and easy to clean with standard disinfectant.
