The Action 1/2 inch Akton Polymer Adaptive Flat Pad is made of a smooth viscoelastic polymer that won't leak, flow, or bottom out. This pressure relieving pad can be used as a cushion, or cut and used for protection on arm pads, foot plates, head rests, leg rests, and splints or braces.

The Action 1/2 inch Akton Polymer Adaptive Flat Pad is helpful for a variety of applications for traditional and non-traditional seating challenges. The 1/2 inch thick pad is intended for comfort only when used as a cushion, not medical intervention. Akton Polymer moves with the user, not against them, to reduce pressure and shear. Action pads are easy to clean with standard disinfectant, will not support microbiological growth, and won't absorb body fluids or odors.

Please note: If the Action 1/2 inch Akton Polymer Adaptive Flat Pad is used as a seating cushion, the pad must be used with an Action brand cover for warranty to be in force.
