All Pro Adjustable Upper Arm Weights
include a pair of adjustable, padded cuff weights with weighted bar inserts. These adapted weights are designed to comfortably fit around the bicep or upper arm for strengthening and rehabilitation exercises.
The All Pro Adjustable Upper Arm Weights are designed to comfortably fit the contours of the upper arm. These adjustable bicep weights provide users an exceptional exercise experience. The neoprene lining prevents slipping and keeps the weight securely in place. The cushioned flap protects the upper arm area from irritation. The 0.25 pound metal bar weights can be inserted or removed to adjust the weight up to 1.5 pounds for each arm. The easy touch fastener closure secures the weights in the sleeve. Users will find these adapted cuff weights helpful for developing strength, endurance, and toning their biceps, triceps, and shoulders. The 3 pound pair of weights can be adjusted to weigh up to 1.5 pounds per arm, in 0.25 pound increments. The All Pro Upper Arm Weights are ideal for arm toning exercises.
