The Enablers Dexterity Kit includes seven items that improve independent daily living. Packaged together, these items meet some of the most common daily household challenges faced by people with poor hand function. Made of lightweight plastic, these items can help make simple tasks around the house a little easier. The kit includes the Apex Spoon and Fork Holders, Apex Lamp Switch Enlargers, Apex EZ-Key Turners, Apex Pen and Pencil Cushions, Apex Doorknob Grip, Apex Jar Opener, and Apex Tub and Stair Safety Treads.

The Apex Spoon and Fork Holders fit onto the handle of spoons and forks providing a larger gripping surface. The Apex Lamp Switch Enlargers fit over the existing twist style switch to provide a larger gripping area for an easy, stress free grasp. The curved design of the EZ-Key Turner begins the turning effort, so completion of turning the key is accomplished with minimum additional stress. The Pen and Pencil Cushions are designed in both shape and density to alleviate stress while providing a secure grip. The Apex Doorknob Grip and Jar Opener provide non-slip comfortable gripping surfaces for door knobs and stubborn jar tops. The Tub and Stair Safety Treads include 8 self adhesive non-slip strips for improving safety and preventing falls.
