The plastic of the container is ribbed where the hands naturally held during use testing. The ribbing allows for some variation in hand placement to accommodate various sized hands. The size of the urinal chamber is significantly smaller than most urinals on the market. The smaller length of 9 inches leads to fit to a female while reclined. The average volume of urine expressed during micturition is 2 to 8 ounces. The AquaEve chamber will hold 12 ounces.
