Love it!
I have chronic sore neck and shoulders. Heating the Bed Buddy in the microwave along with a small cup of water provides me with moist heat relief. I love it!

How do you keep this on your body? There is no Velcro there are no fasteners to secure it in place around my back what do I do

A:
The wrap is mainly a heating pad for neck and shoulders as well as a cold pack for relieving aches and pains in muscles and joints. If need a wrap for your back, I recommend the polar ice back wrap for cold therapy or Medi-Beads Therapy Wrap for heat therapy.

According to the manufacturer's instructions, NEVER submerge this BED BUDDY product in water. Spot clean by wiping with a damp cloth and let dry thoroughly.
