CanDo Digi-Extend Hand Exerciser - Discontinued

The CanDo® Digi-Extend® Hand Exerciser is a compact, easy and comfortable to use progressive resistance band hand exercise aid. This unique hand therapy device isolates extension motion of each individual finger joint and all five fingers.

Users will find the Digi-Extend allows each finger joint to work at a comfortable level to increase strength. The 4 different resistance bands are easily changed for progressive strengthening. Various hand positions can be used to modify exercises for specific needs. Therapists have used this hand exerciser for exercises such as isolated full-finger extension of the MP,PIP & DIP joints, full finger extension all fingers (all joints, all fingers), thumb abduction and extension, full thumb movement away from fingers, isolated finger tip (DIP) flexion, isolated MP extension, isolated MP/IP intrinsic and extrinsic muscle groups. People undergoing rehabilitation of carpal tunnel, arthritis, stroke, fractures, tendon injury, nerve lacerations, tennis elbow and other hand conditions may find this item helpful.

Each Digi-Extend includes an illustrated pamphlet and 16 latex-free elastic bands (4 of each resistance) Tan XXlight, Yellow X-light, Red Light and Green Medium. The Digi-Extend measures 4.75 inches long, 3.25 inches wide, 1 inch high.
