Am I able to fold the wheelchair with the under seat cargo or any of the other under seat products attached?

Yes. You should be able to fold the wheelchair with the under seat cargo bag . The bag may have to be empty depending on the make of your wheelchair

Q:
I need to find a cargo shelf that will fold with the manual wheelchair. The problem we are having: the gals chair is 14 wide and 16 deep but she uses dual cane holders which are mounted next to her push canes. She has no place to place her back pack. If she hangs it on her canes she does not have access to her crutches. Mom indicates the bag is large and may not fit under the seat. I am open for other ideas.

Take a look at the Large Glove Box (product #: CDCB3223) which measures 12 inches wide, 5 inches high, 9 inches deep.
