Large Clear Plate Guard

This item is great for a person that wants to be independent, but is all but blind and/or has lost dexterity of their hands, like Palsy, mild Parkinson's or P S P . It enables them to keep their dignity being able to feeding themselves without pushing the food off their plate

Too Small for our Plates
The guard is too small for any of our dinner plates (10 1/2, 10 3/4), so we are pretty much unable to use. Great idea, but needs to be larger or more flexible or both. I have a metal plate guard, and that works perfectly so it can be done.

These plate guards work very well. The first one I purchased held up for 8 months before it snapped in two pieces. I purchased 2 more and the second time I used one it snapped in two. I was using them on our regular dinner plates but upon measuring a plate I see that it's 10 inches so I guess I'll have to find a smaller plate to use this with.
