The straps can easily accommodate both ankles and wrists, and the weights are silicone-coated for increased comfort during working out. Each weight strap weighs 2 pounds and includes 16 0.25-pound segmented weights, 8 weights for each strap. Simply add or remove the segmented weights from straps to customize the level of difficulty.
