The Posey Deluxe Guard Rail Pads 60 inch provide cushioning and protection from bed safety rails. Constructed of durable, 1 inch thick firm density foam, these practical bed safety aids are easy to attach.

The Posey Deluxe Guard Rail Pads 60 inch are 14 inches high for maximum bedside rail coverage. The hook and loop straps allow fast and easy application and removal. To install the pads, first raise the side rails to the “up” position, then separate the hook and loop straps. Position the side rail pad on the inside of the side rail with the straps facing out, away from the bed. The top strap section should hang over the side rail. Pull each strap tight around the side rail and secure back onto itself. The Posey Deluxe Guard Rail Pads 60 inch are indicated for users at risk for bed entrapment.
