The granton edge provides air pockets which reduce friction and allow for smooth, effortless slicing, making this adapted knife ideal for all carving tasks like boneless roasts, boiled briskets, prime rib, and pot roasts.
The DuoGlide 12 inch Duo-Edge Slicer Knife has a soft, right sized handle with textured grip that makes it more comfortable to hold securely. The Duo-edge blade is designed with hollow ground "ovals' that create air pockets which reduce friction for smooth, effortless slicing. Users will find this adapted knife allows ultra-thin, non-stick slicing of cooked meats.
