The Easi-Grip Contoured Handle Vegetable Knife has an ergonomic and comfortable handle which has a soft feel non-slip grip. The contoured handle is set at a 90 degree angle from the blade which keeps the user's hand and wrist in a neutral stress-free position while using the knife. The Easi-Grip® handle is particularly beneficial for those with conditions which weaken the hand and wrist. The ergonomic handle provides a firm grip in either hand.

The stainless steel blade measures 5 3/4 inches long and 1 inch wide at the base. The serrated edge makes cutting easier. Each Easi-Grip® Vegetable Knife comes with a protective cover. Peta Easi-Grip® knives are dishwasher safe.

This item is excellent and a great value. Several years ago I developed tendonitis in both my wrists and had to have serious physical therapy. My therapist recommended ergonomic knives and she ordered one similar to this knife. I used it for years, but it finally broke, so was delighted to find another knife like it. It's perfect. I highly recommend it and this company.

Easi-Grip Knife/Vege

I have really enjoyed having this knife. It’s one of those,”Gee, why didn’t someone come up with this before?” items. You don’t realize how much you need it until you have it. Perfect for my arthritic wrists and hands. No more stopping to rub and shake my hand due to fatigue. Thank you.

Must Have Kitchen Knife!

Love it! Can't cook without it! This is a great all around kitchen knife. I bought my first one about 3 years ago. Recently I bought one for my Mom. This knife is my go to knife. I use it more than 95% of the time. Before this knife, each slice during food prep added to the damage and discomfort of my first finger. Using the L-shaped handle, I no longer re-injure my fingers and wrist when slicing food. I highly recommend this knife.
