Easy Grip-In Mug
is a large adapted drinking cup specifically designed for individuals with grasping, fine motor, cognitive, or upper extremity disabilities. The center opening allows the user's hand to comfortably fit for lifting the cup without gripping.
The Easy Grip-In Mug is an 16 ounce adapted drinking mug with an ergonomically curved internal opening that enables the hand to fit through the mug, eliminating the need for grasping. The cup also features an easy open and close lid lever, a 360 degree rotating lid, an adjustable drinking spout, and a non-slip rubber grip base that is cup-holder friendly. The Easy Grip-In Mug is recommended by Occupational and Physical Therapists for people with disabilities, poor hand strength who are unable to grip a traditional mug.

purchased this for my disabled daughter. I measured the volume in the cup and it only holds less than 12 oz- in order for the top to fit. If a small amount of crushed ice is put in, maybe it will hold 8 oz. company is misrepresisting this product. do not waste your money if you want a true 16 oz cup

This cup was a gift to my sister whom as rheumotoid arthritis that as affect her hands. The cups work great she can now get hot coffee without spilling it on her hands .The inside could be wider to allow for swelling but she very happy with the cup

Disappointed
I bought this mug for my mother with has arthritic hands. Sadly the opening is way to wide, so still hard to grasp.

Not what I expected.
Bought this glass for my disabled daughter. It looks insulated in the picture. If you put ice in the glass for a cold drink it is very cold to the touch making it uncomfortable to hold. The ice melts quickly and the drink warms up in no time.

The Easy Grip-In Mug is made of high-quality polycarbonate so it will withstand being dropped but it's not "nonbreakable"

The Easy Grip-In Mug does come with a lid that will reduce spills. The spout on the lid can easily open and close. Some spilling can occur if the spout on the lid is open.
