The Elasto-Gel Neck Support Roll 4 inch comfortably supports your neck in a supine position while applying hot or cold therapy. This specially designed neck positioning roll is made of tough, flexible gel and is covered with a four-way stretch material. This combination ensures even, complete contact when applying hot or cold therapy for neck pain, post-surgery pain, neck stiffness, and muscle aches. By offering both hot or cold therapy, the Elasto-Gel Neck Support Roll is versatile and can be used to treat a wide array of symptoms.

Like the other Elasto-Gel products, this neck roll can be put in the microwave for heating or in the freezer for cooling. For moist heat treatment, simply heat the roll according to the included directions. The warmed neck roll continues to provide heat for an estimated 20 to 30 minutes before reheating becomes necessary. For cold therapy, place the roll in a freezer; it remains soft and flexible at temperatures as low as -20 degrees F. The roll will remain cold for approximately 20 to 40 minutes. Store the Elasto-Gel Neck Support Roll in the freezer until ready to use.
