The Endorphin 300-E1 Hand Cycle is a complete upper body conditioning system. This hand cycle features a bi-directional flywheel e-resistance system which allows the user to exercise with resistance in both the forward and reverse rotation directions.

The body stabilizing chest support pad of the Endorphin 300-E1 Hand Cycle adjusts to a vertical or horizontal position for maximum comfort and has a 7 inch range of motion. The e-resistance system provides smooth frictionless resistance in forward and reverse rotation directions. The 8 incremental lever positions allow the user to have consistent resistance changes. The display is equipped with a multifunction electronic pulse meter, which reads distance, time, speed, calories, and pulse.

The handles are set at 22° and are comfortable to grip. The monitor operates on batteries or optional power plug. The cover design eliminates flywheel pinch points for improved user safety. Available options include the Cycle Table Platform, Quad Grips, Multi Positional Handle Set, and Foot Pedals. The unit requires partial assembly and ships UPS Ground, 2-3 week lead time.
