The FreeForm Grip-Free Paintbrush 1.5 inch is designed with a unique handle that places the weight on top of the hand rather than the fingers. This adapted paintbrush provides users with improved control, reduced fatigue, and can be used for a variety of painting projects.

FreeForm Grip-Free Paintbrush 1.5 inch all-purpose angled brush works just like it sounds, grip-free. The ergonomic handle locks the hand in position for painting, with the brush resting on top of the hand. The design allows users to paint with their fingers completely relaxed, which relaxes the muscles in the arm. Traditional paintbrushes cause the fingers, hand, and arm muscles to be engaged for gripping. The grip-free handle design allows the fingers to relax, resulting in improved control and greatly reduced fatigue. The design allows the arm to carry the weight, reducing strain and fatigue and improving accuracy by allowing the fingers to simply guide the brush. The handle is similar to that of a handgun/pistol with the addition of an oval-shaped and expanded extension that fits neatly into the posterior surface of the palm and essentially between the thumb and forefinger. The handle feels comfortable and conforms nicely to the hand of an average, adult male. The light weight of the paintbrush and the method with which it is held combine effectively to make its use over longer periods relatively fatigue-free. The brush does not require consistent contraction of the forearm muscles in order to pinch grip the handle, therefore less fatigue and less repetitive stress are experienced.
