For moist heat therapy, place the wrap in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Medi-Beads produce clean moist heat by drawing moisture from the air. No need to add water. For cold therapy, place it in the freezer for 2 hours. This wrap can be worn during strengthening and range of motion exercises.
