This safety grab bar has been tested and approved using the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards.

The No Drill Brushed Stainless 1.5D Grab Bars are heavy-duty grab bars that are ADA approved for fall prevention and balance assistance. The patented mounting adapter and adhesive create an extremely durable seal to secure the bars to a smooth, non-porous surface. Featuring the unique "nie wieder bohren" ("no drilling required" in German) alternative attachment technology, this ADA compliant safety bar can be easily and securely applied to a wide variety of surfaces such as tile, ceramic, marble, granite, stone, glass, brick, metal. The unique mounting system allows these grab bars to be placed exactly where needed and at whatever angle - vertical, horizontal, or diagonal - is required to accommodate the user. The bar projects from the wall 3-1/8 inches and the concealed flag diameter is 3 inches.
