These easy to install expandable door hinges add an additional 2 inches to a doorway. Offset door hinges, or swing clear hinges, actually swing the door clear of the door frame making it easier to get a wheelchair or walker through the doorway.
Rather than cutting a larger frame and installing a bigger door, offset hinges are cost effective and can be retro-fitted to most residential doors. These expandable Z shaped door hinges use the same screws and holes as the existing hinge.
