The Pil-O-Splint was designed by Ian MacMorran, MD, an orthopedic and hand surgeon to help his patients sleep throughout the night. Inside are two rigid dorsal stays that are shaped for maximum healing benefits by gently immobilizing the wrist, hand, and fingers in a comfortable neutral healing position. Its unique design prevents users from holding their hand and wrist in a harmful position while sleeping. The breathable foam is covered with soft poly-flannel cotton lining that allows the skin to remain comfortable all night.
The IMAK Pil-O-Splint Universal slides on and off easily and fits either hand. The standard size fits most hands with a forearm circumference of up to 12 inches. (For larger forearms, please choose the Pil-O-Splint Adjustable size.)
