The Pill Crush Syringe makes the process of crushing medications before administering through an oral or enteral feeding tube easier. Simply insert the pill into the syringe and reduce it to a fine powder before delivery. Inside the syringe are special "grinding teeth" to crush tablets. Water can then be added to dissolve the crushed tablet in the syringe. The dissolved medication can then be administered orally or through a tube. The special design of this syringe features a large thumb loop for easy pull application and a large catheter tip with a wide opening for the medication mixture to flow through easily.
