3pp Polycentric Hinged Ulnar Deviation Splint Right Hand

The 3pp® Polycentric Hinged Ulnar Deviation Splint Right Hand provides mild to moderate force for correcting ulnar deviation at the MP joints. The radial and ulnar polycentric hinges allow the MP joints to freely bend and extend, allowing the user to open and close their hand naturally.

Each finger is supported on the palmar surface with an aluminum stays that can be custom molded for support. For added comfort, each finger stay is covered with washable, foam-lined material. The wrist section is made of a lightweight, high temperature plastic, which can be custom fitted. This right hand positioning splint finger support and motion control for people with mild to moderate ulnar drift and is ideal for use following MP arthroplasty.

To determine the correct size, lay hand flat and measure width across the hand from the 2nd to 5th MP (large knuckles). Extra Small fits 2-1/4 to 2-3/4 inches, Small fits 2-3/4 to 3 inches, Medium fits 3 to 3-3/8 inches, Large fits 3-3/8 to 3-5/8 inches.
