The Posey Hipsters Standard Brief feature specially-designed foam pads in the hip areas that provide added protection for the wearer in the event of a fall. The foam pads are made from a high impact-absorbing foam that is designed to absorb impact.

Posey Hipsters Standard Brief is made from comfortable poly/cotton Lycra®. Positioned over each hip is a low profile pad that is sewn in place. The high impact-absorbing viscoelastic pads help protect hip bones against injury from falls. The slim fitting brief design allows these safety briefs to be discreetly worn under clothing. The one-piece design allows for easy laundering at home or in healthcare facilities according to CDC guidelines. The standard unisex brief easily slips on over undergarments or can be worn as underwear. Posey Hipsters Standard Brief fits comfortably around the users' waist and features a latex-free elastic waistband. These external hip protector briefs with impact-absorbing pads over the critical hip fracture area are helpful for minimizing potential damage that can occur from a fall.
