The
Posey Torso Positioning Wedges
provide comfortable support to elevate the head and shoulders. Clients using alternating pressure mattresses will find these wedges are ideal for comfortable positioning and support without slipping like foam products.
These large positioning wedges are filled with polystyrene beads that are easier to shape and position than regular foam pillows or wedges. Unlike stacking lumpy pillows, these lightweight wedges maintain their shape and position for uniform elevation. The soft vinyl cover breathes for comfort and will not retain heat nor compress like pillows. The standard size measures 18 inches wide, 18 inches long, 13 inches high and provides 35° or 55° of elevation. The large size measures 27 inches long, 22 inches wide, 18 inches high and provides 30° or 60° of elevation.

Latex free outer vinyl mesh breathable fabric, filled with polystyrene beads. Materials meet the requirements of FMVSS-302 and CA #117, Section E for Flammability.
Care:
Machine Washable in warm temperature. Air dry recommended.
Can be used with an alternating pressure mattresses without slipping.
Outer vinyl mesh and a breathable fabric covers allow air flow.

How do you know which size Posey wedge to buy? I am about 6'2", and about 200 lbs and suffer from COPD. Thank you.

A:
You would probably need the XL but to be safe, measure the width of your torso. You want the Wedge to be big enough for your torso.
