The Preparation Knife has a scalloped edge that is useful for cutting and preparing food. The blade will not require sharpening. It has an easy-to-grip contoured handle with blades set at an angle to minimise wrist movement for the user. The handle has been designed to counter-balance the weight of the knife whilst also being aesthetically pleasing.
