Q: Will this work with the "no show" socks?

Asked by: Gail - 12/29/2015
A: It works better with shin or ankle high socks. "No Show" socks do not typically stretch as much and the sock needs to be able to stretch over the mouth of the donner.

Q: Does this work with knee-high compression socks?

Asked by: Keith - 2/6/2016
A: Although it will you probably won't be able to pull the sock up much higher then your ankle or shin. Knee-highs are simply too long and the sock aid is not wide enough to go all the way up the leg.

Q: Hi, Would help someone who had a stroke? Thank you, Rochelle

Asked by: Rochelle cohen - 10/26/2024
A: It is best to ask your physical or occupational therapist. The item can be lifted and lowered using one hand, but loading the sock onto the barrel is difficult using one hand.
