A: To determine the size needed, measure along the base of the index finger to the base of the little finger along the palm (MP joints across the palm of the hand). This will get you close, but the finger straps are elastic, and the weight needed often depends on the user strength and tremor severity, so it does not have to be exact.

A: The HandiThings Hand Weights will help with the tremors but may cause fatigue when using power tools. They are also designed mainly for writing so they cannot be guaranteed to hold up to the stress of construction work.

A: The weight is held on the back of the hand with elastic finger loops and a hook & loop closure around the wrist. The large will fit more snug and the x-large may be a little loose, but they weigh the same. Order the size depending on if you have a small, thin hand or a more bulky hand, and your fit preference.
