Place the wrap in the freezer for two hours and then apply it directly to the neck, shoulders, or hip pain area for up to 30 minutes. The pad provides timed-release treatments that help to prevent tissue damage if the wrap remains in place past the recommended cold therapy treatment time. No towel or cover is needed.
