The Resistance Gym Wall Grid 400 is a commercial grade wall gym that utilizes resistance bands sliding along a slotted track. This adapted resistance band workout gym allows fitness training of all body areas for wheelchair users, people sitting in standard chairs, or standing. With this one piece of gym equipment, the user can work all major muscle groups including shoulders, arms, chest, back, legs, and core using resistance bands.

The wall gym provides infinite locations for the low impact smooth resistance bands to attach, allowing the user the perfect workout to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. The wall mount Resistance Gym 400 measures 72 inches tall, 36 inches wide, and 1 inch deep and weighs 20 pounds.
