Roberts Adjustable Book Holder
is an easy to use adjustable book holder that holds books, newspapers, magazines, or individual sheets of paper at a comfortable angle for reading. The holder folds flat for storage or travel.
The Roberts Adjustable Book Holder consists of a base with 10 rows of holes, a book support backrest and a set of pegs. The pegs are placed in the appropriate holes to accommodate the width and thickness of the reading material. The pegs keep the book in a secure position and prevent unwanted flipping of pages while allowing easy page turning. This durable plastic folding book holder allows users to read hands free at a comfortable angle. The base measures 5.5 inches wide, 14 inches long, and the back measures 7 inches wide, 14 inches long.
The Roberts Adjustable Book Holder is easy to assemble. First, separate the base and the back, then slide the tabs on the back into the slots on the base. Place the pegs in the holes to support the reading material in the desired position. For storage, place the pegs in the horizontal grooves and snap the back and base together. Replacement pegs are available separately. Molded of strong plastic, the Roberts Adjustable Book Holder provides users a helpful solution for holding reading materials.

Book holder
I would highly recommend this product. This book holder is a huge help! It holds the book up so that I don't have to tip my head forward to read while seated at a table. I use it in the kitchen to hold up cookbooks, and it is designed to be adjustable to any book thickness, so works for hardbacks, paperbacks, and magazines, and it also folds down flat for convenient storage or transport. This product is great!

Can the Roberts book holder be used in bed. If so, how does it sit up so the person can read without having to hold onto it?

A:
It would need to be on a flat surface to be stable. Maybe putting it on a lap board would help. We also have the LEVO G2 BookHolder (product #: ALB360) which holds a book above the person if they are laying down or reclined.

Probably not because it would have to be on a flat surface to be stable, there is the
LEVO G2 BookHolder (product #: ALB360) that will hold a book securely at an angle while someone is laying down reading.

A:
The pegs do not hold the pages so tight that you cant turn the pages normally, just turn the pages by hand or you could use something like the Quad Hand Clip Page Turner (product #: AKE356).

The Roberts Adjustable Book Holder has a flat base. It is best used on a flat or sturdy surface. Measures: 7 inches high, 14 inches wide when assembled. Folds flat to 14 inches wide, 7-1/2 inches deep, 7/16 inches high.
