The Stamina Backtrac Back Massager has 30 strategically placed individual massage rollers that work together to provide a deep, invigorating whole back massage. The rotating spheres provide acupressure to reduce trigger point tenderness. The simple act of lying on the spherical rollers helps trigger point tenderness to fade to allow improved muscle function. The massage tool is designed to also encourage gentle motion and traction in the spinal joints. The movement is totally controlled by the user to stretch discs, ligaments, muscles and other soft tissues of the back and neck. The user simply uses their legs to “push” their body toward the large neck rollers and across the top of the BackTrac, and uses their legs to “pull” their body toward their feet. Muscle spasms are soothed by stretching the intervertebral discs. Muscles in the abdominals and hips that support the spine are gently exercised in controlled movements.
