This adapted food preparation board has stainless steel spikes that hold food for cutting or slicing. It also features a vise to hold larger food items, jars or mixing bowls.

With the Adapted Swedish Cutting Board, tasks such as grating, cutting, whisking and peeling can be carried out even with weak hands or one hand function. Rubber suction feet adhere the board securely in place. The vise grip jaws can hold a bowl, grater, loaf of bread or other foods in place for cutting using one hand. The vise can also be used to hold mixing and salad bowls, or jars while opening lids. Stainless-steel spikes hold vegetables and fruits for slicing.
