Tranquility AIR-Plus Breathable Underpads have a highly absorbent composite core that keeps the mattress and bed dry. The PowerSorb® quick-wicking absorbent layer quickly wicks and locks fluid away, helping to maintain skin integrity and reduce odor. The backsheet is microporous and 100% breathable, allowing heat and moisture vapor to escape. This design improves air circulation which supports skin integrity while preserving dryness for the mattress and bed. The single quilted cover surface is soft, and consistently smooth, with no lumps or seams that can irritate delicate skin. These premium disposable underpads have a white back sheet with a peach imprint that clearly indicates which side goes down against the bed to eliminate placement confusion.
