The Ultimate Hand Helper® is a hand exerciser uniquely designed for effectively improving hand strength and finger motion. The ergonomic design with a padded handle is curved to comfortably fit in the user's hand.

The Ultimate Hand Helper® has an ergonomic, curved design that allows the user to squeeze the handle in a more natural gripping motion. By alternating the position of the curve, users can exercise flexor and extensor muscle groups more effectively than with standard hand exercisers that only allow a single gripping motion. The contoured design and padded finger bar gently support the palm for added comfort. The color-coded (yellow, red, and blue) latex-free bands rubber bands (three each) provide different resistance levels for hand strengthening exercises. The bands can easily be placed on the extra-large outside pegs. Four clips are also included for blocking extension and flexion exercises. The Ultimate Hand Helper was designed to be comfortable, effective, and versatile. It will help improve grip strength and range of motion while facilitating tendon glide.
