The DuoGlide 5 inch Utility Knife has a 5 inch long, high-carbon, stainless steel blade that is individually ground and honed for the ultimate edge. The blade is corrosion resistant, designed for ultra thin slicing, and features a professional grade cross polish. The unique design of this ergonomic utility knife positions the user's hand directly over the food to be cut, allowing greater control and minimal effort. The ultra-comfortable handle is soft, right-sized and textured for a secure grip, plus stain-resistant and sealed to the blade for utmost sanitation.
