The Voice Aerobics DVD is a 3 part voice exercise program developed by a speech therapist for people who have decreased voice, speech or swallowing. This whole body voice strengthening program focuses on posture, breath support and voice support.

The Voice Aerobics DVD is designed as an addition to regular speech therapy, and includes specialized exercises that help increase voice and physical functioning. Created by Mary Spremulli, MA,CCC-SLP, a medical speech-language pathologist, this whole-body voice strengthening program is designed to serve as an after therapy program for persons with voice changes due to Parkinson’s disease. The voice exercise video includes 3 parts: Part 1 Breathwork©, Part 2 Power Up Your Voice, Part 3 Cool Down. This 60 minute video can be used by individuals or in a group setting. People who have experienced changes in voice, speech or swallowing as a result of surgery or neurological trauma will find the Voice Aerobics DVD a helpful supplement to regular speech therapy.
