These adaptive shoe fasteners are ideal for people who have difficulty using their hands, or people with cognitive deficiencies. Each hook-and-loop strap has a D-ring that makes closing and opening the strap easier. Easy Wear Ease shoe fastener secures 2-3 eyelets on the shoe. For larger shoes with 4-6 eyelets, 2 Wear Ease shoe may be required.
