The Soft Touch® Foam Exercise Kit by MedDev is a set of three polyurethane foam hand exercisers. These contoured foam blocks help strengthen and promote flexibility for weak or sensitive hands.

The Soft Touch Foam Exercise Kit includes 3 different contoured foam blocks that provide exercises designed to improve overall hand function and restore hand, finger, and wrist coordination. The three foam blocks provide three graded levels of resistance: light resistance using Soft Touch #1 Gold 1 to 1.5 pounds, medium resistance using Soft Touch #2 Blue 2.5 to 3 pounds, and firm resistance using Soft Touch #3 Gray 4.5 to 6 pounds. Users who are beginning a hand strengthening program, or who need gentle post-operative exercises will find these foam blocks allow soft, repetitious exercise for improving flexibility and relieving joint stiffness and pain. Each Soft Touch Foam Exercise Kit includes 3 different foam density blocks and complete information on exercise techniques.
